Wai Lin

A twist on the vodka Martini for the Chinese James Bond. Put this one in your little red book.

2 measures vodka (we used Grey Goose)
1 measure Chinese rice wine (we used Pagoda's Shaoxing Ben Mei, available on Amazon)
1 measure white vermouth

Shake (it's strong enough to take it)

Double strain into a Martini glass
