Dr Christmas Jones

Appropriately for a drink honouring an American nuclear physicist, this is based on a Manhattan (Project) but with an after-Christmas dinner twist, with mint and chocolate. Plus, it looks a bit radioactive!

1 measure bourbon
1 measure red vermouth
1 measure creme de menthe
A few dashes of chocolate bitters

Like the character, this is strong stuff (we'll not hear a bad word said about our queen Denise Richards in this parish, thank you very much). Just what the doctor ordered.

Stir over large ice. Strain into a Martini glass from the freezer.
