Skyfall

Sometimes the old ways are best but old dogs can learn new tricks... so this is an Old Fashioned given a new twist.

Pour a decent measure of Scotch.

In a separate glass make The Bloody Shot by dissolving a sugar cube in a few drops of rose water (ingredient in Turkish Delight) and Peychaud's bitters. A better souvenir from Istanbul than a bullet in the chest!

Take The Bloody Shot and add it to the Scotch. Chill down the mixture by stirring slowly with large ice.
