‘Risico’ Negroni

Fleming has Bond order a Negroni in the short story ‘Risico’. There’s nothing risky about this drink though - it’s a before-dinner cocktail that can’t be beaten.

50ml Gordon's Gin

50ml Campari

50ml Antica Formula (red vermouth)

Stir for several minutes in a tumbler filled with large ice

Garnish with a generous wedge of blood orange (stained with the blood of your duplicitous enemy, Kristatos).
